Panos Chatzitsakyris is an Associate Design Director at UNS, specialising in integrated computational workflows. He also contributes to the development of advanced design methodologies within the practice.
He has contributed to projects such as FOUR Frankfurt, East Side Tower in Berlin, Penang South Islands Masterplan, ConfExPark Competition in Thessaloniki, and Northfleet Harbourside Masterplan in Kent.
Nataliya Kuznetsova – Associate Designer
Nataliya Kuznetsova is an Associate Designer at UNS. With a strong focus on place-making, Nataliya contributes to UNS’s mission by leading the development of projects that embody the studio’s commitment to creating spaces that are not only innovative but also socially and environmentally responsible.
Her expertise has been pivotal in shaping projects such as the Tbilisi Bank Headquarters, JetBrains IT Campus, and Danube Riverside, where her focus on health and place-making has contributed to creating meaningful and vibrant spaces.

Alessandro Ranaldi is Head of Workplace Consultancy at Foster + Partners. With more than twenty-five years of practice in workplace strategy, real estate and design, he has worked with clients across the globe.
His international experience includes implementing global workplace strategies for large corporate clients such as PGA Tour, JPMC, Bloomberg and KKR.
